Project investment estimation refers to the estimation of fixed asset investments required during the construction period of a proposed project, as well as the working capital needed after the project goes into operation. Investment estimation is an important component of forecasting the project’s basic economic data.

Preliminary Design Drawing and Estimated Cost

The project general estimate is the comprehensive document that determines the total construction costs of a construction project. It covers all construction expenses from the project’s initiation and preparation through to its completion, acceptance, and handover for use.
