Project Overview

This project is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and is invested and constructed by Quanzhou Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. The project starts in the west at the junction of Quanxia-Zhang Alliance Road and Weitou Port Relief Expressway in Futian Village, Yonghe Town, Jinjiang City (Futian Hub), and extends eastward along the existing Gongfu Road, Tongxing Road, through villages and farmland, ultimately reaching the Shiyong No.2 Road junction in Yongning Town, Shishi City. The route passes through two county-level cities—Shishi City and Jinjiang City. A Pengtian Expressway toll station is established in Lingshou Town, Shishi City (located approximately 100 meters east of the boundary between Shishi and Jinjiang City). The total length of the route is about 15.91 km, of which: (1) the main expressway section from the Futian Hub to the Shiyong No.2 Road mainline is approximately 14.51 km long (including about 1.68 km of reconstruction of the existing Quanxia-Zhang Alliance Road and about 12.83 km of newly built expressway sections); the mainline is constructed to expressway standards, with a design speed ranging from 80 to 100 km/h (with the planned toll station serving as the boundary: speeds are 100 km/h west of the toll station and 80 km/h east of the toll station); the roadbed width is 33.5 meters, and the road structure is predominantly elevated, featuring six lanes in each direction. (2) The Xuefu Road connecting line is approximately 1.40 km long. It is constructed to Class II highway standards, with a design speed of 60 km/h, a right-of-way width of 12 meters, and two lanes in each direction.

The project investment amounts to 6.321 billion yuan.
