Project Type:Business Services
The settlement audit of subcontracted projects is an audit of the project settlements for portions of the work that the general contractor has subcontracted to subcontractors.
Its main content:
1. Does the finalized settlement value between the general contractor and the subcontractor accurately reflect the actual physical quantity of work completed, and is it within the overall budget?
2. Does the application of budget unit prices comply with the project scope and design requirements, and are all fees appropriately determined based on the subcontractor’s level and the different types of work they undertake?
3. Has there been any economic dispute over the total subcontract settlement value? Are there instances of duplicate or excessive settlements in multi-year projects? Are the financial transactions between the general contractor and subcontractors clear, and are there any ongoing disputes or conflicts?
