Yunnan Hongta District No.1 Kindergarten (Longshuitang Area) (Integrated Complex Type)

　　Project Overview: The 2022 Kindergarten Construction Project in Hongta District—Hongta District No. 1 Kindergarten (Lanshuitang Area)—covers an area of approximately 16.48 mu and has a total construction area of 14,172.41 square meters. The project comprises three buildings in total: the kindergarten’s comprehensive building, with a construction area of 13,637.85 square meters, features one underground floor and three above-ground floors, constructed using a frame structure with raft foundation and equipped with seismic isolation measures; the elevated pick-up and drop-off buffer zone, with a construction area of 526.15 square meters, is a single-story frame structure resting on isolated foundations; and the guardhouse, with a construction area of 8.4 square meters, is also a single-story frame structure with isolated foundations. The planned investment amounts to approximately 106.6841 million yuan, with construction and installation costs totaling 74.8660 million yuan. Upon completion, the project will add a cumulative total of 540 additional kindergarten places.
