Tongnan Shuangjiang Area Slum Renovation and Relocation Housing Project—Phase I and Phase II (Integrated Complex Type)

Renovate the infrastructure supporting the Jinlong Street area and its branch streets—Wen Nan Street, Wen Xi Street, and Wen Bei Street—in the Shuangjiang shantytown redevelopment zone. Specific works include: constructing 1,479 meters of roads; repaving 14,212 square meters of road surfaces from white to black; renovating 9,952 square meters of sidewalks; replacing 1,600 meters of 400-mm-diameter sewage pipelines and 2,715 meters of rainwater pipes ranging in diameter from 300 mm to 800 mm (including inspection wells, drop structures, and drainage grates); and installing additional street lighting fixtures and telecommunications networks.
